Had a great experience buying a Nissan juke from Tim. Car was as described. Immaculately presented inside and out. Had a nice test drive and Tim said to go to my house so my partner could view and test as it was for her and she could not attend viewing due to childcare. On purchasing the car Tim had it serviced and mot’ed and regassed the aircon. The car is great and just what we were looking for top spec and low mileage. 7 months warranty. We couldn’t be happier. Tim certainly goes the extra mile to make sure the car is as good as it can be, it was as good if not better than advertised when we initially viewed it and then was given another extra polish ready for collection! Tim is very knowledgeable and really cares, he kindly helped us with a little detail on one of the car’s functions we’d forgotten how to use the day after we brought it home. We are delighted with our purchase and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tim.

We bought a lovely 16 plate blue Mokka Automatic from Tim who was very helpful, we did have a light come on the dashboard during the 1st week which was quickly dealt with by his garage & the car has been lovely to drive especially with my Arthritis I would gladly recommend using his car sales and would definitely buy another in the future when needed.

What a great used car experience we had a few weeks ago. Right from the word go, we felt comfortable with the way this used car buying experience was starting to take shape. We went to see the car we were interested in, which we had seen on line. Tim, the owner of the company, took us out for a test drive in the car. We agreed on a part exchange price when we got back. He told us what he does that other used car dealers very rarely do. He makes sure its in a fit state to drive away & even put 2 expensive run flat tyres on it. He didn't need to as they were not down to the minimum limit. He also put some extra fuel in it. We picked it up a few days later. While driving it a week later, we noticed the aircon was not cold, so we contacted him & he booked it in, we dropped off at the garage & he delivered it back to us. We would certainly buy from Tim, the owner of Biggleswade Car Sales.

I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car from Tim last week he was so professional and caring of what we was looking for … he took us out for a drive and talked through everything regarding the car he gave me a good warranty on it too..!! I did have a problem with the battery had died but Tim straight away with no hesitation told us to purchase a new one and he will pay for it straight away and true to his word we are sent over the receipt and the money was in our bank that same day..!!
